We are situated in a great area for walks for all abilities, from a sedate potter around the castle for an ageing companion, to a 20 mile hike for the most energetic of gun dogs.

As a dog you are welcome in all our bedrooms, although if you are a bit on the larger size, you may find that the red, blue and purple rooms give a bit more floor room to stretch out.

You will love our bar, where our log burner is just perfect for drying out after a refreshing dip in the river Clun, or rabbit chase in the long grass around Clun Castle. This also gives your owners a good chance to refresh themselves ready for the next adventure, but for safety's sake don't let them get too close to the fire.

We don't like it if you have to lie on our cold, hard, stone floor in the dining room, however you are welcome to stay with your owners eating in our comfy bar and they still get the same choice of food.

We do ask that you bring your own bed and utensils with you, although we should be able to help out in an emergency. Dave our Wollie (weimeraner / collie x) usually has some items that he will loan out.
