Clun Pale Ale (4.1%) Brewed in our own micro-brewery, is a thirst quenching straw coloured plae ale. Brewed using Maris Otter pale malt combined with touch of wheat malt, the bitterness is privided fruity Challenger and aromatic Styrian Golding hops. A true session bitter, the delicate malt sweetness is amply compensated by the zesty hops providing a lasting bitter finish that demands another pint. |

Citadel (5.9%) Brewed in our own microbrewery. It is a formidable strong ale which will appeal to the real hop lover. Perhaps more accurately described as an original style IPA, the beer is produced with Marris Otter pale malt and deploys the mighty Green Bullet hop to provide a hefty bitterness. Golden in colour the rich and fruity malt flavours are met head on by intense hop bitterness and aroma which give rise to a long lasting dry finish. |

Butty Bach (4.5%) 'little friend’. From Wye Valley Brewery at Stoke Lacey, Herefordshire. A burnished gold premium ale. Full bodied, smooth and satisfying. Brewed with pale and crystal malt with English Goldings and Fuggles hops.

Shropshire Gold (3.8%). From the Salopian Brewery at Shrewsbury, Shropshire. A light copper coloured ale, the complex malt grist gives an unusual blend of body and dryness. The beer is triple hopped using finest British Goldings and Slovenian Styrian Goldings to give plenty of fruity aromas and flavours. To give a range of beers during slow times we have now changed Shropshire Gold to a rolling list of Salopian beers to provide change. |

Hobsons Best Bitter (3.8%). From Hobsons Brewery at Cleobury Mortimer, Shropshire. A pale brown medium bodied beer with a strong taste of hops.
A pale brown to amber, medium bodied beer with strong hop character throughout. It is consequently bitter but with malt discernible in the taste. Bitter with a touch of malt. West Midlands Bitter of Year 2001 and 2007
