Bars at your Event
We supply a fully mobile bar service, which we can put almost anywhere. We regularly run events at Clun Memorial Hall, for which we won a franchise in 2002. Also, we have furnished mobile bars at main local venues such as Walcott Hall, Lydbury North; the Quarry, Shrewsbury: Wistanstow, Aston-on-Clun, Chapel Lawn, Bucknell and Kempton village halls; and at private dwellings. We have also provided bars at Clun Greenman Festival; Clun Carnival; St. Georges' School, Clun and for Clun Cricket Club. Displayed are photos of our operation at a client's home. Entertainment
We are able to arrange entertainment for your event if required, these can be from the bands that play in the White Horse Inn (see our event listings) or if you know of a band or a type of music we will attempt to find something suitable from our contacts in the industry. We also can arrange a local DJ.
Other Services
We are able to provide a wine waiter and waiter service when required. However, if this requires additional staff there may be a charge.
Costs
There will only be a charge for our outside bar service, if we will lose money by servicing your event. The bar costs for your event are detailed in the table at this link. Costs.
